The Broad Champion scholarship may affect a student’s financial aid. Before accepting their appointment as a Broad Champion, students should contact the MSU Office of Financial Aid at 517-353-5940 or [email protected] to determine this, as Broad College is not responsible for determining how this scholarship will affect each student’s financial aid.

Opportunities

The Broad Champions receive a $500 scholarship each semester ($1,000 per school year) in recognition of their involvement in the program. An outstanding member of the group may also be awarded the new “Judith Whipple Award,” which provides an additional $500, bringing their total scholarship to $1,500.
